You probably woke-up this morning wondering, "I wish I knew all the domain names that Google owns." If so, this link is for you.

Found some pics of a pizza party happening at Google. Apparently they ordered 1,000 pies from Amici's. In typical google fashion, each piece was labeled with one letter from their name (2 G's, 1 L, 1E, 996 O's).
My question...who ate the L, E, and G's?

I was reading CNET today and an article title caught my eye, "OpenOffice challenges Microsoft to road race". I thought, "now this is cool, OpenOffice has challenged the boys at Microsoft to a road rally of somekind" only to find out that this was not the case. This made me wonder...what ever happened to good ole fashioned dueling? Wouldn't it be great if the folks at OpenOffice did challenge Microsoft to a road rally? Or maybe a coding challenge of somekind? Do I hear fencing? OK, I'm getting off track here, just think they missed an opportunity.

Found this photo essay on Flickr although not sure what rag they were featured in. Nothing new (per se), but it's an interesting look inside. The one thing I picked up is that the Google breakroom is decorated with artwork created by Google employees. Cool idea.

I love this snip from a recent WSJ article on the Mentos/Diet Coke meme:
Coca-Cola Co. is much more blasé. "It's an entertaining phenomenon," said Coke spokeswoman Susan McDermott. "We would hope people want to drink [Diet Coke] more than try experiments with it." Coke could use some extra buzz right now. Sales volume of Diet Coke in the U.S. was essentially flat last year, as consumers switch from diet sodas to bottled water and other noncarbonated drinks. But Ms. McDermott says that the "craziness with Mentos ... doesn't fit with the brand personality" of Diet Coke.
Geez Mom, can't we have some fun? On the other side...
For Mentos, however, the video buzz offers an opportunity too good to pass up. The candy maker is considering hiring the Eepybird.com duo to do demonstrations of their fountain trick -- perhaps even as the opening act for a music-concert tour, says Mr. Healy.
Nice job Mentos.

The last team to play night games is the first to go wireless (dugout to bullpen)? Strange...
Anyway, it's not like this will help their pitching.
